Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>

Working at FLAVOUR LABS has been a truly unique experience for me compared to all others<\/span>that I have had. Entering a working environment has made me feel excited yet intimidated by <\/span>the situation. I was worried about myself being in an unfamiliar environment and not entirely <\/span>comfortable in the process. But with time, things started to change as I began to learn new skills <\/span>and understand myself better in this environment.<\/span><\/p>

What Challenges I Faced<\/strong><\/h3>

Among the many challenges that I encountered, one of the most difficult was communication. I <\/span>am someone who thinks too much before I speak, particularly if I do not know what to say. In <\/span>situations where I felt that I would ask too many questions or might make a mistake, I preferred <\/span>staying silent rather than speaking out.<\/span><\/p>

Designing Realistic Scenarios<\/strong><\/h3>

What really captured my attention during my internship at FLAVOUR LABS is the connection of <\/span>all these processes to real-life scenarios. The assignments done in school are more or less <\/span>based on theories and are rarely applied in practical settings, but in the workplace, one gets to <\/span>think and make decisions practically.<\/span><\/p>

Mistakes and Learning<\/strong><\/h3>

Of course, there were some mistakes that I made throughout this process, but truly, it was <\/span>through those mistakes that I learned the most. One lesson I have learned is that being quiet <\/span>about confusion makes everything difficult. In the past, I thought that asking questions will make <\/span>me look like I do not know anything, but the truth is quite the opposite.<\/span><\/p>

Teamwork and Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>

With the passage of time, I felt more at ease while dealing with people. I discovered that <\/span>teamwork was essential for the workplace since everyone works together in a team. Good <\/span>communication, idea exchange, and cooperation among individuals were crucial for getting things done. Witnessing people working together also gave me an insight into the importance of <\/span>Teamwork.<\/span><\/p>

Skills I Learnt<\/strong><\/h3>

These experiences allowed me to develop several skills which are essential both in practical life <\/span>as well as in academics. I was able to enhance my ability to communicate, to be adaptable, to <\/span>work in teams, manage time effectively, and solve problems.<\/span><\/p>

Understanding People and Psychology<\/strong><\/h3>

Another fascinating insight I gained from my experience was how varied individuals’ thoughts <\/span>and behaviors can be. Some individuals tend to be more direct in their communication, whereas <\/span>others may be introverts. Everyone has his\/her own method for solving any problem.<\/span><\/p>

Real World Impact<\/strong><\/h3>

The workplace setting has taught me the difference between practical learning and academic <\/span>learning. While in schools, we emphasize grades and theoretical knowledge, the workplace <\/span>emphasizes practical application of knowledge. The impact that my work had on the real world <\/span>made my learning more significant and more interesting.<\/span><\/p>

Personal Growth<\/strong><\/h3>

In my opinion, this experience was beneficial for me. First of all, I found out that I can adapt <\/span>more quickly than I believed myself to be able to do. Furthermore, I developed independence <\/span>and responsibility. What is even more important, I understood that I like learning things in <\/span>practice better than by just reading books.<\/span><\/p>

Applying School Learning<\/strong><\/h3>

It was observed that some of what we learn in school does come in handy at work, especially <\/span>when it comes to self-discipline, teamwork, and deadline completion. However, one also needs <\/span>practical thinking skills at work, which may not be adequately instilled during classroom <\/span>Teaching.<\/span><\/p>

Reflections on Education<\/strong><\/h3>

After having this experience, I truly believe that schools should concentrate more on practical <\/span>knowledge and real-life experiences. These skills should be taught to students early on because <\/span>they are very crucial in the corporate world and our daily lives.<\/span><\/p>

Conclusion<\/strong><\/h3>

In general, working at FLAVOUR LABS has been a fruitful learning process for me, one that <\/span>allowed me not only to learn more about the way businesses run but also to get useful lessons <\/span>on communication, confidence, accountability, and flexibility. It helped me realize my strengths <\/span>and weaknesses. However, most of all, it provided me with invaluable experience that will help <\/span>me succeed in the future.<\/span><\/p>
