Outbound Learning
The Outbound Learning Program at Ekya JP Nagar, is designed to help students make real-world connections and evolve into wholesome individuals. Every experience is age-appropriate, carefully curated and meticulously planned around experiential learning, adventure, sustainability and service themes. These trips allow students to discover themselves, the world around them, make connections with concepts learned in class and the immense possibilities available to them.
This year, our Outbound Learning program has planned several exciting trips for students. The Final Year Retreat will take place in September, with 145 students participating. The Parent Child Overnight Astro Adventure camp will be held in October, with 95 parents and 96 children joining in. We also have an Adventure Camp to Panchgani and Lonavala scheduled for 45 students, as well as an Outbound Adventure Trip to Tadoba Tiger Reserve for 21 students. These trips aim to provide students with experiential learning opportunities, fostering personal growth, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

These activities are designed with clear learning objectives. We focus on providing students with opportunities to identify and nurture their unique talents.
Service learning
At EkyaJP nagar, we recognise the significance of service learning in empowering our students to become responsible and engaged members of the community. By incorporating community service into our curriculum, we not only equip our students with valuable civic skills, but also provide them with opportunities to interact with diverse individuals, fostering a sense of social responsibility and interconnectedness.
Experts@Ekya
At Experts@Ekya, we bring together experts from various fields to share their stories and experiences with our students. This monthly event provides a unique opportunity for students to engage with professionals who have made a mark in their respective fields. Through these interactions, students gain valuable insights into the importance of passion, hard work, and dedication in achieving success.
From writing and filmmaking to architecture and more, our expert speakers inspire students to explore their interests and passions. By asking questions and engaging in discussions, students develop their critical thinking skills, public speaking abilities, and curiosity about the world. Ultimately, Experts@Ekya aims to empower our students to make informed and responsible career choices, equipping them for a bright future at Ekya JP Nagar.

At Ekya JP Nagar, our school clubs are student-driven, empowering students to identify and nurture their unique talents. With guidance from teachers and mentors, each club has its own dedicated objective, providing opportunities for students to explore their passions and strengths. Students take charge, collaborate, and learn from one another in a dynamic and supportive environment.
School Houses
From Grade 1 onwards, students at Ekya JP Nagar are assigned to one of our four school houses, fostering a sense of belonging and community. Throughout the year, our houses engage in a series of intra-school events, where students from every grade come together to represent their house. This vibrant system of house-based competitions encourages healthy rivalry and provides a platform for students to showcase their talents, ultimately contributing to a dynamic and engaging school environment.

Sports And Teams
Ekya views sports as a necessary part of any student’s life. Sports helps the students excel in classrooms as they incorporate the strategies used in games to academics. Our students view sports beyond the playfulness aspects, and look at it as a genuine career path.
Sports are an integral part of student life, and it not only enhances physical fitness but also help build critical skills such as team building, confidence and sportsmanship. The Physical Education Progam offerings include dedicated PE Sessions, Community Connect sessions, After School Activities, School Teams, Sports Clubs, Competitions, Track and Field and Sports events.
Build school teams (eg: band, choir) to represent us as a brand across competitions and carry forward the legacy, inspiring more students to be part of school team. Students discover the value of teamwork, integrity and working towards a goal and find their unique voice
