Ekya Curriculum

At Ekya ITPL, we’re proud to stand out with a range of unique features, starting with our Curriculum, which sets the standard. We offer top-notch educational content, carefully crafted by our in-house team to ensure learning is engaging, relevant, and fun. As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, we recognize the need for a globally aligned curriculum that fosters a universal understanding of each subject. After two years of rigorous research, development, and training under the guidance of our Founder & MD, Dr. Tristha Ramamurthy, and our dynamic ELC team, we’re thrilled to see our efforts come to life in our classrooms.

In the teaching methodology adopted, we have adjusted our curriculum to ensure that:-

★ Our children arrive at an understanding of a concept/idea by themselves, instead of offering a said understanding to them and evaluating them on how well they remember it.
★ We do this by including several activities (group/individual) – book readings, video screenings, role-plays, worksheets, to name a few.

Our aim is to induce them to ‘think’ and arrive at an understanding of the world around them, through this creative process of ‘doing.’

Assessment

In  Ekya ITPL , we have various assessment systems that give children multiple opportunities to express what they know and understand. This is crucial because, in the end, final or term-end exams require the application of learning rather than a simple reproduction of facts. Hence, Ekya’s assessment pattern is designed to keep track of the learning pulse of each child which helps teachers fortify learning as and when gaps are observed.
