ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS

We nourish the understanding of our students with Enrichment Programs to give them the mindset and experience to be well-equipped to excel in the world that lies beyond the school premises.
Outbound Learning
Curated real-world journeys — field trips, treks, overnight camps, industry visits and ecology excursions — designed to extend classroom learning. These immersive experiences build confidence, teamwork, leadership and broader perspectives, helping students connect theory with lived contexts.
Design Thinking
An empathy-first process embedded across grades that teaches students to identify real problems, empathize with users, ideate, prototype and test solutions. Through hands-on projects, learners develop creative confidence, critical thinking and a habit of iterating from failure to improvement.
Deep Dive
Intensive short modules (typically 4–6 weeks) where students explore focused topics — from forensic science and stop-motion animation to financial literacy and farm-to-table learning. Project-based and expert-facilitated, Deep Dives spark curiosity and practical skill-building.
Student Well Being
A whole-child approach that includes age-appropriate social-emotional learning, mindfulness practices, counseling and the FIND Journal for reflective journaling. Regular, guided wellbeing activities build self-awareness, resilience and healthy habits that support academic and personal growth.
Service Learning Program
Community-centred projects that combine meaningful service with curricular learning. Students identify needs, design interventions, and reflect on impact—developing empathy, civic responsibility and transferable leadership skills while making measurable contributions to society.

COLLEGE AND CAREER GUIDANCE
We bring in expert guidance from beyond the school premises to give our students a better vision of their future and what they want to be in their lives.

CCG
Personalised counselling and career planning across grades — interest assessments, university guidance, internship pathways, skill-building workshops (résumé, interviews, networking) and industry mentorship — to help students make informed post-school decisions and launch purposeful careers.
Work exposure program
Short-term, structured industry exposure—visits, internships, job-shadowing and hands-on workplace projects—that introduce students to professions, workplace expectations and practical skills. The program helps clarify career interests and builds readiness for higher education and employment.
