The Ekya Schools Physical Education Program emphasizes strength and conditioning, skill development, and sportsmanship, fostering a lifelong love of physical activity and promoting overall well-being and health.
Our strength conditioning curriculum focuses on proper form and technique for various exercises, developing strength, endurance, and flexibility. In addition, we provide opportunities to develop essential techniques, strategies and skills in a variety of sports students also cultivate sportsmanship and teamwork.

Physical Education is an essential part of a student’s development, focusing on building strength, skills, and sportsmanship.

- Yoga & Stretching: Our students engage in yoga and stretching exercises to improve flexibility and balance.
- Guided Warm-up & Cool Down: Our students participate in guided warm-up and cool down exercises to prepare for physical activities and prevent injuries.
- Nutrition: Our students learn about the importance of proper nutrition for physical fitness and well-being.
Teamwork and Sportsmanship
